It feels great to get out with baby 3 days a week. My pre-pregnancy clothes are fitting better and I feel better. I think I am in better shape now than I was before I was even pregnant.

joined in February and since then have lost 48 lbs and a pile of inches - I am
at a plateau since June but I believe that this is due to all the festivities
and events during the summer. I am holding my own in any case and I am going to
work on that last 20 lbs in the next three months. I feel great EVERYDAY - look
forward to getting up at 5am - yes that is true - and I have never been in this
great a shape in my life. My doctor says what ever I am doing don't stop and
this has been a great experience for me overall. I look forward to becoming a
trainer in the future and passing this on to other people. This is truly far
better than any other exercise program or gym I have been involved with. My
lower and mid back problems have almost disappeared and I can even do the
pilates 100 now.

Just finished my third bootcamp and have lost a total of 51.8 pounds (in 12 weeks)- I just signed up for another 3 months - I am offically addicted to bootcamp!
Bootcamp has changed my life! Since my start in Bootcamp, I have lost over 35lbs and so many inches, I've lost count! It has started me on a road to fitness like I never expected. I stopped bootcamp during the winter months but much to my surprise, I kept running during the winter and really enjoy how good it makes me feel. I actually ran a 5k race! Never thought I would see that day. I'm sticking with it and look forward to the rest of my journey with you guys!!
I lost 4.5 inches overall (in 4 weeks)! yay! And shaved off over a minute in my run! I had no idea how far out of shape I was! Exercising in a group is great for those of us who are competitive by nature. It really motivates me to keep going since I'm always trying to either keep up or beat some person (even though the other person has no idea who they are and they vary day by day) : )
I loved the bootcamp experience and it has inspired me to continue to include routine exercise into my life. I did not like running before bootcamp, but I am going to start running regularly after bootcamp!
Since joining Boot Camp I have noticed a huge change in my energy. I come home 7:00am ready to start my day. I have noticed definition in my muscles, even in only 3 weeks!! That's Fantastic!!! Keep up the good work....If it can work for me it can work for anyone!!
I heard about the bootcamp last year and wanted to sign up but kept putting it off. Finally, thanks to a friend who did it before, I signed up. I had a lot of extra weight on since my second son was born, I quit smoking which also made me gain a few more pounds. As a result my blood pressure went up...high. Since starting bootcamp, my clothes feel better, I have more energy and my blood pressure is doing much better. I can’t believe how much I enjoy bootcamp. It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it and have the right people helping you and showing you that you can do it. I can't wait for the next one. I'm hooked. Thanks so much!
I have had a gym membership for about a year, and have basically not seen any results, simply because I do not know how to use each machine at the gym, and personal trainers are just too expensive. Bootcamp was 1/4 of the price of a gym, and I have seen results in just 4 weeks! I am more motivated to work out and stay fit, and on my days off would rather go for a walk/run rather than sit in my house all day. I`m very happy with my results, and will most certainly be back for another session!
Just wanted to say a special thanks for what you did for me last week. I just want to say thank you to Tina and Steve for all the positive experience with Bootcamp. As you know I had just finished radiation a couple of months before I started Bootcamp and I didn’t feel I could do all the things I did before, but your Bootcamp gave me back the power to do the things I always did. After starting the camp I felt better physically and mentally and it has been a positive force in my life, this is a lifestyle that I am planning on staying with for many, many years to come. You are probably wondering why I am telling you this now, it’s because I just had my annual mammogram Monday and everything was great, I was so nervous on Monday but when I went to Bootcamp Monday evening it made me feel better just to be there. I am 45 pounds lighter...and many inches smaller..I can run around the lake and my joints ache before my lungs...and heart...sometimes in the morning I go down to the lake early and run by myself. In the dark.!!!!! I am not afraid at all its just me the moon and the sleepy ducks. It’s quiet and peaceful and I love it (and I could kick high and hard if I had too). I feel sometimes as if I am in my car driving by the scenery. Like my body and mind are separate....its so awesome understanding when I started last January the little run from that building in Quidi Vidi down the road was sooooo long.. I still run slow as my hip extension on my left leg is restricted by my deteriorating hip joint..small steps but my feet are off the ground and I feel so invigorated after...I take no meds now..I was taking crestor to raise my good cholesterol levels that were non existent related totally to a sedentary lifestyle
I just wanted to say that I've loved the last three weeks! I work out on a regular basis but bootcamp was definitely what I was looking for to take my workout up a notch. I had my wedding dress fitting the other night and it fit like a glove! You guys are awesome!

I have been hiking the East Coast Trails for the last couple of years and did not see any effects. One month of boot camp and I see results. That's why I joined for another month. I think that this is great
I consistently do cardio workouts but I lack in the strength training component. Cardio Fit Bootcamp really helped me strengthen all my muscle groups. My husband doesn't exercise enough because of his busy job but he signed up because I signed up. He had no exuse, it was 6:00 in the a.m. His cardio improved so much in the month and we really enjoyed our time together.
I have tried to run many times over the years. I was a swimmer, biker, played racquetball and could walk forever, but running never could get. I still can't run very far but certainly I go a lot further now than I ever did! So this is what I am going to keep pushing myself to do.
I have got to say that bootcamp has been a saviour to my sanity. I have recently gone through a separation which we all know can be very stressful especially with children. Bootcamp enabled me to relieve the stress necessary to function without having to take any anxiety or depression meds that I thought I might have needed to take. When I was off during the weekend from bootcamp I noticed the stress building up and my moods changes but as soon as I started working out on Monday I was good for the rest of the week. I feel stronger physically and mentally!
I have had some ups and downs health wise, pertty much my whole life, and I like to challenge myself to do something new, this was my challenge for this year, and it was a great experience. Thank you for making it possible.
I have lost 85 pounds prior to joining bootcamp, I would like to lose 20 more. Bootcamp was definitiely the change that I needed, I lost 4.75 inches in 4 weeks! I loved it and will be returning again in August!
I love the challenge of bootcamp. I was lost at the gym, going about the daily exercies but never really getting to my full poetential. Also I have asthma and crohn's and I find with the workouts my general health seems much better when I am doing them. I love how each day brings on a new task, it is not the same thing over and over everyday. Team spirit is great too!
I was always the one hesitant about bootcamp, mainly because of the jogging as I could never jog. Well I actually jogged around Octagon Pond two weeks ago without stopping. My pace was slow but I did it and that to me was an accomplishment in itself. Jogging to me is still not an easy task but with the trainer's words of encouragement to continue pushing on is plenty of motivation and to run with a group helps also.
Bootcamp has really changed me. I feel more energized and look forward to walking/exercising on my own now (even though it's only been two days). I have been suffering with lower back pain for many years now and that even seems to have subsided somewhat. My clothes feel and fit me better and people have actually noticed a difference in my shape. I'm even going outside and playing with my children now when before I would just look at them through the window. This has definately had a positive impact on my life and emotional well being and I can't wait to come back at the end of the summer, early fall.
After I am finished working out I feel great. Along with changing my eating habits I have lost 23 pounds so far and am still looking for a couple more. I have increased my muscle tone and definitely have decreased my body measurements - so that is great! I am even less than 5 mins in the 1k run which I am very proud of too!
It is difficult to put into words what I personally derive from my participation in this Bootcamp.I thrive on the challenge of the ever changing sessions.I enjoy the comraderie amongst the participants and most of all I enjoy the great sense of well being one feels after a good workout.I find the only downside to this course ...is that I have become addicted to it!

What Cathy had to say: I had heard about Cardiofit Bootcamp through a radio ad and thought that this was exactly what I needed to get the right start to a "New Me." Little did I know that I would be right. I started and loved it from the beginning. I signed up for 3 nights a week and after the first week I noticed changes in not only my body but my daily living. I had more energy after a days work. I was motivated to change my diet to more healthy choices, ( with the help of Tina's weekly tips).
Once we were into the second week my ability to do more and push myself more in the activities we were challenged with each night grew. Even my push ups improved, because believe me when I say I didn't do well with push ups. At the end of the fourth week I knew I had lost inches and pounds. I knew that I was definitely signing up again and that I would probably incorporate Cardiofit Bootcamp into my nightly routine.
One of the aspects I like most is the fact that you are never bored. Every night is targeted to a different section of your body and the flexibility of choosing which nights you want to attend is great. I also enjoyed working out in the great outdoors, which I was skeptical of at first, but it became my favorite part of the night.
In the end I lost nearly nine inches and 10 pounds, toned up a little and boosted my metabolism. All thanks to Cardiofit Bootcamp and the Bootcamp Team!!! Thanks guys and hope to see you in the next round of bootcamp.

When I first heard about Cardio Fit Bootcamp from a friend of mine at work, I was somewhat skeptical..."is this just another gimic?" I wondered..."can I do it?" I had been trying to get back into my fitness routine of going to the gym but I was looking for something to jump start my metabolism again...so my husband and I took a chance and joined to see if it would really work.
During the first week, I was sore and unsure if I could get through the program. My body was challenged in ways I had never been challenged before and boy, did I sweat! There were activities I could not do or had great difficulty with but I was determined to see it through.
Over the course of the four weeks, I quickly realized how I enjoyed this new challenge in my life. I enjoyed how the program was designed and how each night, we knew what to expect for the most part with an occasional twist from time to time. The upper body, abs, and lower body were worked constantly with a good balance of cardio each night. It was the right balance of activity for me! The trainers were amazing....so inspiring and motivating. When I felt like I couldn't run anymore, Steve was by my side the whole way and I ran the whole way back that night. I was pumped! When I said I couldn't do it anymore, Tina motivated me through obstacle night and I felt so good when I finished that night. And the other Bootcampers were also supportive and inspiring which makes such a difference when taking on a new challenge.
After week one, I had lost 7 pounds. I was thrilled! I noticed a change in my body in the first week. My clothes were fitting better, I saw and felt physical changes in my body and muscle definition and my friends and family commented on how they could see changes too. I was glowing! I had more energy and a more positive image of myself. I felt great. I felt my overall health had drastically improved since starting Cardio Fit Bootcamp!
So how did I do? I lost 14 inches overall, especially my abdomen/waist area as well as my chest. I gained muscle, toned and lost 16 pounds! I was proud of myself for my accomplishment! I think I'm hooked and will definitely be joining up again! I think everyone should join! Thanks so much, Tina and Steve, for your amazing motivation and knowledge! See you real soon!!!

My Wife and I were looking for a fitness plan that would work for both of us. The gym membership did not interest us. My wife dragged me to Bootcamp ,(very skeptically). We attended a drop in class that consisted of mostly females. We did a level 4 Abs night – not a good night to drop in. I was sore for days. As we started I looked at the exercises and thought this was a joke – NOT SO – the joke was definitely on me. I was sore and used muscles that I never knew existed. Tina, I especially like the lunges!! (NOT) I feel great and can really notice the change in my flexibility and weight. I am totally hooked and look forward to my nightly workout. Great Job!! See you in the New year for the next session. This is absolutely the best workout plan!!

When I first heard about Cardio Fit Bootcamp (through a newspaper ad) I thought here's the thing to kick start my new fitness routine (I hope!!). I was trying to find something that would help me develop a routine where I would enjoy working out each day and so far nothing was working (believe me I've tried them all from gym memberships to home gyms!!) I wanted to try something new and your ad in the paper was the answer. Besides, I liked your slogan "Nobody gets left behind." I figured that would help since I'd definitely be lagging in the running department. I definitely made the right decision when I phoned you Tina!!! Not only have I established a daily routine of working out/running but I've lost a total of 8 inches and 7 1/2 lbs in the process!!!!! Hooray for me!!! (and you and Steve too of course, but Hooray for me!!!!!) You guys were great, I actually enjoyed and looked forward to my hour long workouts (and the little surprises throughout my four weeks - my coat cleaned up fine Tina!!). You managed to motivate me when I didn't want to be motivated and didn't let me quit, and Steve thanks for the chatter on my last run - it really helped a whole lot!!!! Dear Tina, Steve, Claudette and the rest of the Cardio-Fit Bootcamp Team, I just want to say a heartfelt thank-you. I'm not sure you know what this class has meant to my life. It has certainly turned into more than a fitness class, I have made friends and I have changed my life. While May's class was not my first - it was the first one after I realized that I was not just "big boned", I was over weight. Now I am a typical woman I guess, always complaining about my weight but never really saw myself realistically, until my "fat pants" started to feel snug. You know, there is only so much blame you can place on your dryer for shrinking your clothes, but I digress! Anyway, I joined Weight Watchers the week before bootcamp started in May and to my surprise I was over 170 lbs. I just couldn't believe that this was me but then the following week I started bootcamp and I decided that fitness and eating sensibly would have to be a conscience part of my life, forever. Tina, it was my experience this past February in Bootcamp with you that made me realize that this program would work for me if I incorporated healthy eating. I am happy to report as of this week - I have lost 23 lbs, and approximately 13 inches. And more than that I have changed the shape of my body. I can see tone, where I have never had tone before and I feel strong. It is a wonderful feeling of strength and well-being that you all have given me. I am taking a little break and will be back for weeks 2 and 3 of August Bootcamp and I am looking forward to the advance class in September. I want you all to know that I will be continuing with my workouts and always in my head I will hear two phrases, "Third time's a charm", now Claudette I didn't always agree with you at the time but I see now, you were right. And of course Steve's famous, "15 more seconds - you know you can do anything for 15 seconds!" Claudette I will see you at the Tely-10 and fit test day in a couple of weeks to make up for the missed class yesterday. I didn't manage to get to the evening class like I had planned.

I can't believe I am excited! I can't believe anything to do with all of this - I can't believe I was so out of shape! I can't believe I get out of bed before dawn to do anything, let alone exercise - and outdoors in the winter! (Me? who is sooooooooo not an outdoors person!!!)! I can't believe I go out in public with no makeup! I can't believe how fast I am seeing so much improvement! I can't believe how good I feel after - almost like a high! I can't believe I actually look forward to it! I can't believe I was sorry I missed yesterday's class! I can't believe I am already thinking how much I will miss it when I away for April! "I've done a variety of group classes over the years, everything from CardioKick and Step classes to Yoga. But most of my training has been individualized, consisting of running and weight training. Unfortunately, with a young toddler consuming my every spare moment, my commitment to fitness had waned and I had difficulty getting back into a consistent fitness routine - I'd get 'on track' for a couple of weeks and then a month would go by without my darkening the gym door. That all changed one evening in November. I got a call from a friend of mine, inviting me to 'Bring a Friend Night' at Bootcamp. I was in agony for days after the workout but I was hooked! The class was fun and Tina was sooo motivating! It was the most difficult workout I had ever done and I knew that this was the challenge that would finally motivate me to re-establish a consistent fitness routine. I participated as a part-timer and on non-Bootcamp days I'd run on the treadmill. Within 2 weeks my fitness level had increased dramatically. I felt stronger and it showed in my running speed. Running once again became exhilarating rather than exhausting. In the past I had found individualized weight training to be boring but Cardiofit Bootcamp is anything but! "I am almost 50 years old and I joined this boot camp because I wanted someone to push me to lose weight and maybe get in a little better shape. I have attended every day for nearly four weeks now. It's tough and demanding and doesn't really get easier as you advance because more is expected of you by the trainers and by yourself. "When a friend told me about Cardio Fit Bootcamp, my immediate response was 'I’m doing it!!' As a member of the Gym for many years, I was looking for something a little different – a challenge. I definitely was challenged everyday for the last four weeks as a member of Bootcamp. I loved it!!
